Terms & Conditions


1. Enrolment and Fees

  • Enrolment is confirmed once a completed registration form and initial payment are received.
  • Term fees must be paid in full before the start of each month unless otherwise agreed.
  • Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances at the school’s discretion.
  • If you are on a rolling monthly subscription.
  • A full term’s notice is required via email if you wish to withdraw your child from classes.
  • If notice is not given, you may still be liable for the following month’s fees.

2. Class Attendance and Conduct

Students are expected to attend scheduled and arrive on time. If your child is unable to attend a class, please notify us as soon as possible. Persistent absence may result in the loss of the student’s place. All students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, sta, and fellow students. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in temporary or permanent removal from the school.

3. Health and Safety

You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs your child has upon enrolment and update us of any changes. In the event of an accident or illness, we will administer first aid and contact you or emergency services if necessary. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are collected promptly after class. Parents or other relations are not permitted to enter the building unless agreed by Principal. If another relative that is not the child’s primary contact is collecting your child you must inform staff beforehand.

4. Uniform and Personal Belongings

Students are expected to wear appropriate clothing and footwear as outlined by the school (Phantom Arts T-Shirt and black bottoms or all black. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to class. Students will be expected to take o external footwear when entering the premises.

5. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos of classes, rehearsals, and performances for promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.). If you do not consent to your child being included in such material, please indicate this clearly on the registration form.

6. Safeguarding

The safety and well-being of all students is our top priority. All staff are DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding protocols. We follow safeguarding guidelines in accordance with the NSPCC.

7. Cancellation of Classes

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, illness). Where possible, make-up classes will be oered or a refund/credit applied.

8. Communication

Most communication will be via email, text, or our parent portal. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are kept up to date.

9. Liability

We take all reasonable care to ensure the safety of our students. However, we are not liable for injuries sustained during classes or events, unless caused by proven negligence.

10. Agreement

By enrolling your child in Phantom Arts School ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
